1. The Renter shall keep the property in good condition.
2. The Renter will be responsible for any damage caused which means the Renter will cover all of the expenses in fixing it.
3. The Renter will be responsible for the loss of equipment. The Renter agrees to pay or replace the equipment.
4. The Renter is obliged to return the equipment in good condition.
5. All EFT payments must be cleared and reflecting on or before the day of hire.
6. Payment is made on delivery of items.
7. A copy of your drivers licence or ID is required on delivery of items for security reasons. A clear photo taken by a smartphone is acceptable.
8. Cancellations must be received before delivery date otherwise delivery cost will be applied.
9. For collection, a security cash deposit will be applied. Proof of address not later than 3 months and a copy of ID will be required.
10. All items are rented out for 1 day only unless agreed upon accordingly. Additional fees will apply if items are not received within rental period.
